It's cardio so not really but it works.

hey Mike..i've done a 70-100 jumping jacks challange b4, accompanied with 100 sit ups, push ups, squats, burpees & jump rope..the results were fast & awesome!!

Wow all that?I was thinking about increasing my jumping jacks. I also run,I was putting my j jack's after my run. Can you give me some ideas after I run?you keep up the good work thanks for the info that helps.

well..im in the 10 miles a week challange, so i run at least 2 miles a day..i used 2 run b4 i workout cuz i want 2 put my energy into increasing my speed..i usually do the workouts i mentioned or do weight lifting workouts or flexibelty workout which r best after running cuz ur body is warm enough..they helped melting the extra fat layer fast + a balanced diet..btw, thanx & glad that i helped^ ^
