I am going to challenge myself to start with
50 squats and 50 crunches tomorrow and add 5 everyday for 2 weeks! Im bored of my everyday rountine! WHOS WITH ME? LETS

I'm with you haha. But i'm already doing it every day: 100 crunches and 100 squats. Results are impressive.:-)

this is the first time i have tried this type of challenge myself but i definitely feel good and motivated : ) also a reason i am only doing a 2 week challenge and not longer lol
