I am going to challenge myself to start with
50 squats and 50 crunches tomorrow and add 5 everyday for 2 weeks! Im bored of my everyday rountine! WHOS WITH ME? LETS

I'm with you haha. But i'm already doing it every day: 100 crunches and 100 squats. Results are impressive.:-)
