What was the hardest excerise you have done for me it was a plank for 6 mins fyi I m 15 so it will change based on age

Indoor Rock Climbing by farrr! Gratifying reaching the top, but then i had to let go of the wall and trust the guy that worked there to safely reel me down. I was soo sore the next few days I used muscles I didn't even kno I had:-) lols

Chip squats 25 chips (960 squats) in 18m 27s (212lbs when done) and when you get tired you will miss some of the grabs and those don't count lol

I hate burpees...and my shoulders never get used to a 2min mountain climber

Handstand push-ups are the hardest I've done. I wasn't able to do more than ten.
