I started doing the Natural booty Pop workout several times but this time I'm dead set on ending 2013 with a perkier BOOT-AY . And as you can see I'm planning on doing it fast so whose with me. we can all BIRD-DOG PLANK and FLOOR BRIDGE OUR WAY to BOOTIES U can see from the front and sit a GLASS on the back lmao.

I have a big butt already but im doing this workout so that I can control all the muscles in it...a stripper told me that this would help lmao i just did day 1 I will be back tomorrow! !!
