Has anyone stuck with this challenge that I made a long time ago ?? I have ! I've been doing it everyday since.. which is way past 40 days. I've seen great results ! If you haven't stuck with this.. I'd definitely suggest it ! Soooo, who's with me?!

The effect will be on legs only, right?

No! Sit ups are for the abs.

Hi. Are you still doing this routine ? I have a tendency to stress my neck&back too much doing sit ups. Can you give any recommendations or an exercise alternative ? Thanks

Yup go into press up position n touch elbow to keen will work your obliques n abs .. It's stress off your back n super hard haha

Come up using your abdominal muscles don't place your hands behind your head instead cross them in front of your chest. Oh a yoga mat under should help as well
