Im doing my first obstacle course in March 2014. Anyone recommend any exercises/training I can do to prepare. Its along the lines of a Tough Mudder and Muddy Buddy course.
Circut training.....if u want it more specifically catered to your course create ur own circuit in th created section of ths app
