100 burpee challenge

Today I did the 100 burpee burnout, a video made from cassey ho on youtube. Its basically 10 sets of 10 variations of burpees

10 regular burpees
10 up up down down burpees
10 superman burpees
10 single leg burpees
10 side burpees
10 single arm burpees
10 kick kick burpees
10 tap the shoulder burpees
10 twisty hip burpees
10 tuck jump burpees (killer!!!)

Why don't you try it? You have a 10 second rest between each set :)

I am always so terrified before this workout but it's really not that bad lol it still scares me though. Every time.

I thin it's because she doesn't incorporate a pushup during the burpee
