Challenge: Improve your flexibility and post-workout recovery
This looks really great, and I'm trying to incorporate at least some stretches for flexibility into my routine every day, so I will add this one to the list of ones I do :) I've also created a short stretching/flexibility workout (yoga for the hamstrings) to strech out the back of my legs because they get all tight from cycling and I've really noticed a difference since I've started doing that
Just done it.It's added to my regular routine.I'm guilty of skipping stretching far too much so this will help.
I am in, I will do it right tonight after my workout ;)!
