Take 15 mins after intense workouts to complete Full Body Stretches for Cool Down & Flexibility.

This looks really great, and I'm trying to incorporate at least some stretches for flexibility into my routine every day, so I will add this one to the list of ones I do :) I've also created a short stretching/flexibility workout (yoga for the hamstrings) to strech out the back of my legs because they get all tight from cycling and I've really noticed a difference since I've started doing that

Just done it.It's added to my regular routine.I'm guilty of skipping stretching far too much so this will help.

Great ! I'd really like to hear if you see an improvement in your flexibility over the coming weeks. After 2 months of regular post-workout stretching I was able to touch my forehead onto my left knee during wide leg stretches, and almost touch my head to both knees whilst standing with legs straight.

Usually I do a 10 minute stretch before and after a work out. This one looks pretty good so I'll definatly try it out
