For the next 19 days try not to eat any junkfoods( sodas,chips,cookies, or candy ) Also, try to do atleast 30 mins of cardio.(4x a week)
I tried doing this a couple times & I didn't make it all the way. Now I'm gonna try it again and Stick to it this time ✊

Good goal - you should take it one step higher though - don't eat anything out of a box or package, not even stuff labelled as "healthy", because if it has a shelf life of a year, it's just as crappy as cookies and candy lol
I'm in for this challenge! I do love my ice cream and Coke zero. But 19 days lets go!

I havent had junk since I donno I ate cake on my birthday... No it was forced in my mouth..I fooled. myself telling myself it tastes awful.. N I dont eat junk now ..
