Had to push myself to do it today as my quads are still sore from MMA. Therefore I found the burpees and sprawls tough during round 1. But hey, I survived! :)
I did do it tonight. But I'm not playing in that league. I admire you who are doing it!!! But I won't join to do it weekly :(
I tried it last nite buddy its very tough didnt get thru it but il keep at it until i do its a great work out...
I will man its gonna be one of my goals over da nxt couple weeks to get it done..us irish will fight thru the pain haha
