My stats for this month:
1.Deadlift - 170 kg (375 lbs)
2.Dumbells (chest) press - 39 kg (86lbs) each hand
3.Squats - 100 kg (220 lbs)
4.Sprint 100 m - 12:76 sec
Great record man some of mine from this week are: Chest press bar 75 lbs each side
Squats 135 lbs each side
Biceps curls with dumbells 40lbs
10k run 49:57 (my personal best)
Those are the exercises I've increased the weight on this week.

John,my squats was about 400 lbs before 12 cm quadriceps rupture.
weighted pull ups 100lbs:15 reps
muscle ups:30 reps
human flags:1 min each side(my personal best time since i started)
Demarez big for human f. & bench... John try to improve your forearms(for better squeeze),trapezius(for extra strength when lifting) and abs(for stronger stomach wall) if you feel deadlift limit,it will give you 5-10% more power for deads.

All these numbers are last set weights after 4 sets for a single rep. Also ive been doing this for about 30 years. Keep it up guys.
I mainly ran this week and had a football game with a win a60yrd return.irun im a 4.52 in40 i just reach 153about 2week can squat 265bench 175.
