New Jumprope Challenge

This week it's all depends of your fitness level.

- Jump for 60 seconds
- Then rest for 15 seconds repeat as many times you can.

- try do this after a strength workout for those who want to stay/ be lean and burn a lot of fat.

- Happy jumping and a new jumprope in a week :)
