I mean I guess you could say that Kevin. I've always been athletic. Always played sports and tried to lift heavy things. Now that I have a gym I can push myself way harder.
I haven't maxed in awhile but these are my latest numbers from what I can remember. I'm 6'1" 200lbs 25yrs old.
Back squat: 365
Front squat: 315
Floor clean: 265
This week though I did just complete 3 sets of 8 at 265# front squats and 3 sets of 6 at 225# hang cleans. So idk what my 1rm is anymore. Lol

I just came off an elbow injury a couple months ago so my clean, bench and dipped dropped drastically
For what I have maxed on...
Wow those are crazy scary numbers! I'll hit up a gym somewhere and try to get some numbers. I've only got a 18 kg barbell and a 5 kg and a pair of 1.5 dumbbells at home so I've never tried maxing. I would guess 100 lb would be around my top figures.
Ain't maxed sense 2012 but my last maxes were
At 5'7 180 and 18 years old. Never maxed in anything else.
I can bench 180lbs and thats all i.know and im 12 years old!
Bench maxed at 122kg - (268lb) I hate bench though prefer free weights!
I dont have the back for squats but leg press press max at 500kg (1100lb)
I dont see anyone lifting 60kg or guy pushing 300kg as any different...mans working out and that makes us equals! Bragger are knobs and lose respect with me!
wow 19 and that body.
Im 18 & like to work out but i dont want that "beast body" *no offense man but just want to have a well trained & good looking body. ya know. ;)
