I'm curious to see what other people on this app can lift in these different areas. I'm listing mine too.
Bench 200 lbs
Squat 425lbs
Deadlift 350lbs
Shrug 250lbs
Military bench press 110lbs
Calf lift 250lbs
leg press 405lbs over 10x
Curl 60lb dumbbell
Tell me what you can do. I'm 19 until Wednesday and 5'8".

Before you started lifting weights did you have a body made to lift weights? When I was a kid (your age) no offense, I was about 5'7" and about 120 pounds and see pix of people like you and want to be you. Now I'm 50 and 5'9" and never even got close.

I was workout with bodyweight it really help me alot to get much stronger @kevin, thanks B.

I mean I guess you could say that Kevin. I've always been athletic. Always played sports and tried to lift heavy things. Now that I have a gym I can push myself way harder.

I dnt max out anymore...but last numbers I ever did max were...also the last time I maxed out was in 2008
Bench press 250lbs
Sqaut 410
Deadlift 275
Dumbell curls 50lbs
Clean 135 (always my weakest lift)
Barbell shrugs 315

I haven't maxed in awhile but these are my latest numbers from what I can remember. I'm 6'1" 200lbs 25yrs old.

Bench: 295
Back squat: 365
Front squat: 315
Deadlift: 495
Floor clean: 265

This week though I did just complete 3 sets of 8 at 265# front squats and 3 sets of 6 at 225# hang cleans. So idk what my 1rm is anymore. Lol

Not tht great???? Are u kidding?? U clean what? 265Lbs??? And u say not tht great? I've seen very few men do tht and very very few more then tht infact only have seen two guys ever do more.... and these guys were monsters...u should be proud of urself!! Great job!!!

Im 16 years old weighing just under 70kgs

Deadlift: 180kg
Squat: 160kg
Bench: 110kg

I just came off an elbow injury a couple months ago so my clean, bench and dipped dropped drastically

Yeah I don't have a gym to go to or any thing I just have some dumbells in my house. So I can do 50 lb curls and squats with them in each hand. I'm 16 160lbs 5'8

Wow those are crazy scary numbers! I'llĀ  hit up a gym somewhere and try to get some numbers. I've only got a 18 kg barbell and a 5 kg and a pair of 1.5 dumbbells at home so I've never tried maxing. I would guess 100 lb would be around my top figures.

Ain't maxed sense 2012 but my last maxes were

Bench 300
Clean 240
Squat 405

At 5'7 180 and 18 years old. Never maxed in anything else.

Bench maxed at 122kg - (268lb) I hate bench though prefer free weights!

I dont have the back for squats but leg press press max at 500kg (1100lb)

I dont see anyone lifting 60kg or guy pushing 300kg as any different...mans working out and that makes us equals! Bragger are knobs and lose respect with me!

Im 18 & like to work out but i dont want that "beast body" *no offense man but just want to have a well trained & good looking body. ya know. ;)
