Hey guys so I'm starting the Flat Belly WorkOut again but instead of doing a10 minute run I'm going for 20 mins and as each day goes by I'll be recording my mile and trying to break my own record. It might seem intense for beginners, but the workout out gets better and easier to handle. Anyone wanna join just keep posting as the days go by!

Plat Belly Workout
50 jumping jacks
40 crunches
40 squats
40 leg lifts
30 jumping jacks
20 crunches
20 squats
30 leg lifts
10 minute run.. (20minute run)
