Hey.. M 51 kg.. 5"7.. M overall slim.. I wanna put on weight..but Mainly on my forearms.. As they r extremely thin.. Just like chopsticks :(

I have the opposite problem since I use my forearm muscles for my job. I'm no expert but try hand balls that you squeeze. Something where you grip and ungrip.

Forearm curls are great and like already stated stress balls or other things that u can squeeze will slowly build them.
