WE WILL START MONDAY APRIL 14, EVERY FRIDAY WE WILL POST HOW MUCH DO WE WIGHT AND IF WE LOST POUNDS OR ZISES, THIS WOULD LAS 3 MOTHS AND WILL CONSTANTLY BE MOTIVATING EACH OTHER, POST WHAT YOU EAT AND WHAT WORKOUTS DO YOU GUYS DO, GIVE TIPS SO THAT WE CAN LOOSE THIS EXTRA POUNDS FASTER, BUT KEEP IT HEALTHY WE DONT WANT YOU TO PUT YOURSELF AT RISK GOOD LUCK GUYS

Good plan, not trying to demoralize you guys but I did a diet that had 6 meals a day plus snacks... and I lost 30lbs in a month !!!! This should motivate you guys because im an example that losing 30lbs is possible! Going to do it again to try to lose atleast 20 lbs more... hope everything goes well with you guys

Will do im on alot :)! Great way to stay motivated is to talk to prople and challenge each other for common goals or at least i find it helps :)

I'm in.  Iv had a bad time with the school holidays starting, to much of a change in routine to fit in as much excersize and far far far to many cakes and Mcdonalds.  I find it really hard when we get caught out and have to eat being gluten free :(

I KNOW IT IS HARD BECAUSE I'VE BEEN THERE BUT I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT, TI THOUGHT I COULDN'T BUT I DID YOU JUST NEED SOMETHING TO KEEP YOU MOTIVATED AND I BET YOU CAN DO IT

Hi I know I'm really late, but I would like to join. I find in order for me to workout I need to be accountable to somebody or be motivating someone else. Doing it alone is so hard.
