Today is my first day and I did 100 crunches, I hope to improve and be able to do more than 30 sit-ups smh

Lost one pound this week. But have started regular cardio so maybe next week il lose more.  Gota clean n will b back for my crunches!!! Have nice evening all!

I'll try sit ups ( which is very tough for me) I can do 100 crunches easily but not sit-ups so I'll try sit ups from tomorrow
