300 pushups everyday for 30 day

I did this awhile ago and it helped me so much in growth,fitness and stamina. So its simple do 300 pushups a day for 30 days. It doesnt need to be at once just as long as you have done 300 by the end of the day. So mark 30 days in your calender and lets all help each other. You will see great results and see how much easier you will find doing 300 pushups by the end of the 30 days. But make sure you have your weekends to rest. Im starting today and hope more will join me :). Never back down

Are push ups as effective as benching? With push ups your lifting your body weight but lifting your own weight whilst benching would take time to achieve.

I did this some years ago and it actually helps a lot to develop strength and stamina in your gym routine it gives you a few more pounds on your bench and being able to do a lot more reps

300 is a lil bit to much for me at this moment im in my exam period but im in for 200! Lets do it!

Sup man I want to start the challenge with you. . But I do 100 regular every 3 days , should I increase it to 200 for 5 days or 300 for 3 days?

I did it like this

100 close grib pushups in the morning. Did a pyramid 1 rep 1 sek rest 2 reps 2 sek rest up to 10 reps and Then back Down to one. 

100 standart pushups in mid Day. Also a pyramid.

100 Wide once in the evening.

Help me a lot with my endurence on most other lifts (fore 8+ reps)

Pushups work alot and will be fine if your adding the gym into it aswell

Only if you have been to gym for 1 week.. Dont start it as a newbie.. Will lend up in so much pain..

I would do it every other day for the sake of building muscle...also bring the rep range down and slowly increase it as to not discourage new people from trying.

To be far i train hard and i see pushups as an endurance add on to my working out but of course anyone new to this would definatly be better off every other day

I have no problems doing 300 pushups a day, but everyday for 30 days seems like too much, I'd put in rest days, otherwise you can end up hurting your shoulders

I'm in I'm always working out when I come back from work I do 150 pull ups and 300 push ups and 200
sit ups

This is one of the first workouts anyone can do!!! One of my favorites

Im not even gonna lie im so out of shape I can barely do pushups as it is, but this seems like a great idea to make some progress! Im going to do as much as I can everyday starting tonight! I wonder where I'll be in 30 days...hmmm...
