I did this awhile ago and it helped me so much in growth,fitness and stamina. So its simple do 300 pushups a day for 30 days. It doesnt need to be at once just as long as you have done 300 by the end of the day. So mark 30 days in your calender and lets all help each other. You will see great results and see how much easier you will find doing 300 pushups by the end of the 30 days. But make sure you have your weekends to rest. Im starting today and hope more will join me :). Never back down
300 is a lil bit to much for me at this moment im in my exam period but im in for 200! Lets do it!
Is it all right to train the same muscle part everyday? I'm newbie.
I would do it every other day for the sake of building muscle...also bring the rep range down and slowly increase it as to not discourage new people from trying.
I have no problems doing 300 pushups a day, but everyday for 30 days seems like too much, I'd put in rest days, otherwise you can end up hurting your shoulders
I'm in I'm always working out when I come back from work I do 150 pull ups and 300 push ups and 200

Im not even gonna lie im so out of shape I can barely do pushups as it is, but this seems like a great idea to make some progress! Im going to do as much as I can everyday starting tonight! I wonder where I'll be in 30 days...hmmm...
