Hey guys i have a question. how mutch and when do i have to rest?

I am now starting my own schedule... Im doing 225 push ups a day for 45 days. I am plaing on doing 15 push up reps 15 push ups each. This should in turn make me do 9,000 push ups, same amout as the "300 a day, 30 days."

I've returned from many months away from Skimble and any exercises. I will give this challenge a shot! So far, I'm only at 20 and it is mid-day. I will do my best to get as close to 300 as I can today and will start early on each day!

I made it up to 200 with the amount of time I had considering I started in the afternoon and had classes! Getting a much earlier start today before work!

190 pushups yesterday! I'm hoping I get some strength here soon so I can do more at a time and more often. I'm feeling the pain from it so far, and it's awesome!

I'm 60 years old and had a heart attack in 2015, I now have 3 stents in my heart. I started this challenge 15 days ago so half way through and it's phenominal, found it hard to start with but it's gettng easier and i'm getting stronger. Give it a go.

Way to go Graham! That's the spirit 👍! I did a 100 push ups a day for 30 days couple of years ago after a shoulder injury & yeah.. It does get easier after a while & gives a good results & an awesome feeling... Keep it up Graham & take care ^_^

I thought of this for myself and am going on my 4th week on Monday.No rest on weekends and I started with sets of 50 and now do 2 sets of 70 and 2 sets of 60 and then do a set of 50 or 60 depending how I feel. I'm 45 yrs old and am doing it as a personal challenge. I want the end result to be a solid higher one shot pushup # maybe 80 at any given time. I am noticing a big visible size difference in my shoulders just after 3 weeks. I looked this challenge up on the web to see if anyone else had thought of doing this and was very happy to find this.

I'm going to start the 300 pushups a day for 30 days challenge tomorrow hey guys wish me luck man I'm trying my best to build my chest and not to have man boobs I will have a before and after photo

This thing is awesome! I was only able to do sets of 30's on my first five days and now, just after 5 days, I am able to do 40!! And this has given a great definition to my chest and arms! This is working like a charm!

Not a good idea try to workout the whole body and eat healthy and get some sleep and rest between days age 14 👍 good luck

I think this workout is a great idea, I plan on splitting it up throughout the day. Pyramids to 10, once in the morning, lunch, then before bed! 300 a day! Here we go! Will this help me build muscle? Will it make a big difference taking protein one the days I do perform these? Somewhat of a newbie. Thanks!

I know this is really late but i just found out about this . What other workouts should you be doing to make sure you work all over your body and not just one part by doing just push-ups .

If you can't do 300 push up, in a day, try this, do them in sets of 10, do 50, 5 sets of 10, each having a breather in between, when you get to 50 take 30 minutes and rest and then do it again until by the end of the day you have reached 300, it seems easier for me to do it that way, that way your not stressing yourself out, good luck to all, I just started the challenge, but I always just did 150

I dont know when you started but im gonna, start today. Im doin them in 20 rep intervals doing 100 in an hour @ 10-11 a.m. then 100 from 2-3pm then the last hundred from 8-9pm.
