Every day for 90 days we'll wake up 30 mins early. That is 1350 hours of vital fitness rigor! Starting every day with the 2 min Plank Challenge. Kicks my butt everytime! The remaining 28 mins are for you to get creative....I'll be checking in weekly to see what you've come up with .
