How about a 30-min Challenge!

Every day for 90 days we'll wake up 30 mins early. That is 1350 hours of vital fitness rigor! Starting every day with the 2 min Plank Challenge. Kicks my butt everytime! The remaining 28 mins are for you to get creative....I'll be checking in weekly to see what you've come up with .

&&& every time you feel yourself reaching for that snooze button, remember that you should be as devoted to your health as you are to school....That is ultimately your challenge (you)

I know as a student, 30 min may seem like an entire nights sleep, but 30-min of extra sleep doesn't really give us much more rest than we're already getting as students. So why not, use that 30-min for something else. Have fun with it!

Oh my goodness! Thank you so much! I needed advice like this and everyone else just kept saying to do cardio but I needed a more specific answer. You helped out so much
