Loose Weight & Tummy Fat!

Hey Guys.
I would like to loose some weight and especially tummy fat and seize. Im doing a lot of sports but probably just the wrong sport.. Any ideas how I can focus on loosing weight and my tummy?

Diet and do cardio. Eating right is much more important than working out, so maybe you do the right sports, but don't eat right.

Sorry. English is not my mother language so I'm doing my best but I'll keep the "lose" with one O in my mind!

Hehe it's a super common mistake. English is kinda crazy. "lose" sounds like "choose" but "loose" sounds like "goose"...it just drives me crazy setting "loose weight" all the time on this app (I'm an English language teacher)

Interval Training, hands Down. Use coconut oil to cook with 46 with that as well as sipping on with lemon water daily to detox your body

u need to eat right and workout at least a hour a day wether it cardio or just doing some jumping jacks!! playing sports is definetly a.good choice!! i recommend mabe doing some crunches to tone up ur tummy
