since everyone was SO interested in past challenges , I though I would put together another one ! with the sit up challenge , everyone was telling me how much of a success it was to them , so why not do a SQUAT CHALLENGE ?! I'm gonna change it up and do the squat and sit up challenge , just to kick it up a notch ! WHO'S WITH ME ?!
