Hey everyone I'm new here and I've finally Decided that I want to lose weight and I weigh 402.2lbs, 5ft 7in and I seriously need motivation to do it..i would like to aim for 3-4lbs loss weekly...can anyone recommend any good workout to lose weight at a steady pace?...is it possible to lose that much Weight weekly?...need HELP! Thank you

What you eat will have a huge impact on your weight loss journey. Walking is an easy way to burn calories. Good luck!
