I've been trying to tone my butt for the last year and have never found the right exercise. I've tried squats before but it never worked. Im gonna try again but I need guidance as to how many I should do on a daily basis? However if there are any better exercises than squats please let me know?
Some people struggle with balance, form, and depth on their squats. Try getting on a leg press machine as well. Put your feet higher to hit ham strings and glutes. It allows you to get all the way down without balance issues and fear of falling.
I'm not saying never do squats, because it's great for so much more, but add this in to focus on areas.
