Just did mine. Plus 15 or so knee diamond Push-Ups and some oblique twists. I'm going to feel this in the morning...

Oops got busy and forgot to keep posting. You all been keeping up? Ive been pushing up to 60 sit-ups and some harder Push-Ups. I feel great eating better and all that
Day 1!!!! Just completed sit ups. Now squats time.
Well guys there is a very simple method of pushup take a ball stand one person in front of him and pass him the ball he will throw it back to you and repeat this process

Completed the challenge. Thinking about keeping this up for another 5 days.
I know it's more than a challenge. I just needed to take the baby steps in order to confirm that I can keep to an exercise routine.
