There are so many exercises on here I don't even know where to start! It's been a while since I've been physically active. So this sounds like a good start.

With U! Lost my 6-pack abouts 6months ago. Still a 0 but want muscles back!

Start with 15 THEN pause and count to 10. Continue with the other half or move on to another exercise

I'm not sure if I made it to 50 or not today I started with Diamond Push-Ups after not doing anything for a while. Really poor decision.

Yes everyday when you have the chance don't cheat your self an not do them

Just did mine. Plus 15 or so knee diamond Push-Ups and some oblique twists. I'm going to feel this in the morning...

Oops got busy and forgot to keep posting. You all been keeping up? Ive been pushing up to 60 sit-ups and some harder Push-Ups. I feel great eating better and all that

Well guys there is a very simple method of pushup take a ball stand one person in front of him and pass him the ball he will throw it back to you and repeat this process

Challenge? This is life now! Now switch to incline Push-Ups. Incline diamond Push-Ups. Knee diamond Push-Ups. Oblique twists. Just look at some of my liked workouts congrats btw

I know it's more than a challenge.  I just needed to take the baby steps in order to confirm that I can keep to an exercise routine.
