Hey everyone! I plan on checking in Sunday but we can keep up more on individual basis. I am starting at 135 and plan on exercising everyday except two break days and eating wayyyy healthier than i have been! Bread and cheese are my weaknesses besides alcohol so im trying to cut those out for the most part! Good luck everyone!

Not creepin just sayin it dont look like you need to lose 10lbs of fat! Haha im the one trying to cut that out. Dropping the OH will help majorly with that in all honesty though. Probably other problems as well too.
