4 Week Activity Challenge

This challenge consists of 50 push ups, 100 sits up, 3 workout trainer activities that equal 25 minutes and finally, 10,000 steps.

Does not have to be everyday but at least 4 times a week.

The challenge begins today and ends on the 12th of august.

Try to check in every Tuesday.
