TRY THIS CHALLENGE. Keep your core tight and your hips rotated inward. Legs and hands spread shoulder width. Think you got what it takes?

*1 push up
Rest 15 seconds

*5 pushups
Rest 15 seconds

*10 pushups
Rest 15 seconds

*20 pushups
Rest 15 seconds

*30 pushups
Rest 15 seconds

*40 pushups
Rest 15 seconds

*30 pushups
Rest 10 seconds

*20 pushups
Rest 10 seconds

*10 pushups
Rest 10 seconds

*5 pushups
Rest 10 seconds

*1 more push up!

Hi Gavin. You can create this into a timed workout. It would be easier to do and track that way

Hi, what exactly do you mean by timed? It is already timed in a way..15/10 seconds of rest after a set of reps. Do you mean something like a session of a few minutes where you complete a certain amount? I dont see how that would work being that the workout is set at intervals of increased intensity.
