L Sit Challenge

Hi.
I've started to do bodyweight and calisthenics training. And my challenge pose for the end of August is an L Sit. And maybe progress into a V sit.
Anyone in for a challenge? :)

What is Calisthetics .. I've heard it mentioned a few times?

It's using your own bodyweight as resistance. However there is much more to it than that. It's basically training each major body part to be able to hold your whole body weight. Like a one armed pull up or a handstand pushup. Ofcourse you have to train with normal push ups and pull ups to build up the strength...but yeah that's the ultimate goal. I wanna be able to do a L Sit then maybe move onto a planche.
