30 Day "Fat-Melter" Challenge!

I'm going to start the month of Augest with this challenge.. I called it "fat melter" cuz I did it before in 1 month & I saw great results especially with the bell fat...It's a jump rope/push-up/burpee/sit-up kind of challenge ...I didn't add squats cuz I like to do a 100 a day, no more no less, but if u want it's up to you... We're going to start with a number & add more every day... For the easy days, you can add more rounds to increase the intensity, & if it's too hard, you can divid them on sets.. Doing them on the same time have more effect than doing them throughout the day, but it's your choice.. After 5 days of each week, a rest day with a lot of stretching. I'm going to post the spreadsheet for it later, but here how it's gonna be:

* Jump rope: +50 every day (any style)
* Push-ups: +5 every day (any style)
* Burpees: +5 every day
* Sit-ups: +10 every day (any style)

Week 1
Day 1: 50 jump rope - 10 push ups - 5 burpees - 20 sit ups (e.g x 3 rounds)
Day 2: 100 jump rope - 15 push ups - 10 burpees - 30 sit ups
Day 3: 150 jump rope - 20 push ups - 15 burpees - 40 sit ups
Day 4: 200 jump rope - 25 push ups - 20 burpees - 50 sit ups
Day 5: 250 jump rope - 30 push ups - 25 burpees - 60 sit ups
Day 6: Rest & Stretch

Week 2
Day 7: 300 jump rope - 35 push ups - 30 burpees - 70 sit ups
.....etc ( Got the idea!? )

Glad you're in! If u are a beginner, do each day in sets until you reach e.g 50 jump rope.

This is crazy and teriffying but hey i'm ini have to lose 26 pounds to reach my ideal weight...so hell yeah

I'm in, sounds like fun. Although when you get to the last week I will probably definitely have to break them into sets...not sure I can do 1250 Jumps, 130 PU, 125 Burpees, and 260 SU at once! And I will add the air squats back in...I'm ready let's do this!

Day 2 done!
I created a workout to track my progress.... So I did today's challenge x3 rounds.. Meaning, I did 100  jump rope in each round..etc

Ok people, if ur not ready yet to start.... Let's start together from the top tomorrow Monday 4th of August. But u have to post ur progress everyday so everyone gets motivated!

So Monday is Day 1, ok ... No more waiting..

Waiting on Monday, but not sitting around. Sunday workoutTreadmill: walk a 10th run a 10th for a lap. Run a lap, walk run a lap, final lap run. Stationary bike 5 miles. Repeat treadmill. 100 sit ups, weight lifting. Finished with another 100 sit ups. Still have my 7 pm workout to do.

Sounds like you have a full routine! Great job...I haven't been sitting around either, u just gotta move, ya'know
