I'm in, sounds like fun. Although when you get to the last week I will probably definitely have to break them into sets...not sure I can do 1250 Jumps, 130 PU, 125 Burpees, and 260 SU at once! And I will add the air squats back in...I'm ready let's do this!

Waiting on Monday, but not sitting around. Sunday workout, Treadmill: walk a 10th run a 10th for a lap. Run a lap, walk run a lap, final lap run. Stationary bike 5 miles. Repeat treadmill. 100 sit ups, weight lifting. Finished with another 100 sit ups. Still have my 7 pm workout to do.
I am a beginner,...and I am done with first day of the challenge!..
I've been busy but no more putting this off...i'm gonna exercise twice tomorrow to catch up!!!let's get us the sexy fit and toned body we want!!!
