Many of us say we want to lose weight but many actually just wanna lose fat. But let me tell u why losing weight including a bit of muscle is beneficial. It's common knowledge dut da less u weigh the easier it is (less effort to move ur body) so if u want to be quick on ur feet and agile (more flexible) less weight is for u but if u wanna be a bit slower but generate more power then keep your weight and jus shed the fat or even convert it into muscle . What do u guys think and what's your goals this month ?
