I try to loose fat . It Not always easy to drink 2L a day when you're not a Big fan of H2O . But it helps to loose weight and flat the tummy. If you Don't like to drink water , you can drink flavour .

Been trying to get myself to drink a lot more than I do. So i think this might just give me that push.

I rThat's just crazy how many times you need to pee but it always good for my daily steps count

Only managed just the 2 ltr today.  Not too impressed
