We did it to day Some of you did the 2litler water chanllenge the past two weeks with me. Congrat to all the ppl who kept it real and drank water. It helpt Me a lot going throw all this with you guys. I'm going to take a little break befor i'm going Start the second challenge called 2litler of water 2.0.

Start: Friday 08/22
End: Friday 09/05

The rules are easy. Drink at least 2litler of water a day. If you Don't like the teast of mineral water, you can jazz it up and put fruits in your liquid or drink tea without SUGAR. If you don't drink the 2litler you have to do this work out.

If you drink alot of water right before running at a non steady pace you will cramp up easier

You should drink water enough to see your urine having no color. Sometimes I drink up to five ltrs a day,once you're used to it it doesn't matter if you're a guy or girl what matters is the fact that you're flushing toxins out of your body ^^

Just throwing this out there in case anyone wasn't aware, but you can throw off your electrolyte balance from over doing your water intake.

Drinking 5 liters of water a day can be very dangerous. 2 liters is plenty.

2 liters of water is perfect for maintaining optimum pH balance. Great challenge, I'm in. Almost a litre till now and its afternoon.
