Guyz plz help i want to loss my weight

Focus on cardio, walk like half hour every day at least, jog in intervals that you feel good, sweat, that is a good sign, you can try jump the rope and jumping jacks but be carefull with your ankles, then take care about what are you eating, you knoe, keep away from sodas, fast food, chunk food. Drink a lot of water there is no magic formula, its about constancy and motivation, keep in mind what is your goal and go for it.
