so i've started this squat challenge yesterday, and I will be more than happy if you join me:)
we can be intouch, motivate each other, share workout and eating plans etc.

30 day sqat challenge plan:

day 1 50 squats day 16 120
day 2 55 day 17 130
day 3 60 day 18 140
day 4 65 day 19 150
day 5 rest day 20 rest
day 6 70 day 21 160
day 7 75 day 22 170
day 8 80 day 23 180
day 9 85 day 24 190
day 10 rest day 25 rest
day 11 90 day 26 200 (+5)
day 12 95 day 27 205
day 13 100 (+10) day 28 210
day 14 110 day 29 215
day 15 rest day 30 220

-eat healty
-don't forget to workout other groups of muscels also
-stretch your muscels after workout
