Okay just got this app ! I always FAiL to do this I'm going to try this time at least for 60 days straight. Stay motivated!!

I gave up soda a few months ago. Once you pass your second week it gets way easier. Soda starts to taste bad if you try to sneak a sip (guilty!) and you have to remind yourself why you are doing this and think about all the bad stuff that it has in it! I lost seven pounds by changing nothing but my soda intake. I cut out soda completely. I haven't given up sweet tea though. Not sure I want to but I can say that McDonald's sweet teas are way too sweet now!

What does caffeine effect on diet ? Cause im addicted to it but I dont drink soda or any sugary drinks.

I'm in :D the part that'll be hard for me is that I work at a convience store where I'm allowed to get as many free soda/coffee refills as I want xD But I'll try to keep with it and please keep updating your progress :D
