100 pushups in 6 weeks challenge!

Hi everybody. I haven't been working out for like a year so I'm totally out of shape. Decided to change that though!
Now to the challenge:
It's based on the program you can find at hundredpushups.com.
First you do as many pushups as you can (initial test) and then just choose the workout plan accordingly.
The challenge is to be able to perform 100 consecutive pushups.
Who's with me??

For 100 push ups you must trainig at least 6 months,not weeks

It's ok, 100 push ups in 6 weeks it the name of the training program. I've been getting good results from it, so I'm gonna continue it. It doesn't matter whether I make it in 6 weeks or not, I'll be able to do way more push ups and I'll be much stronger anyway, and that's what counts. :)

May i join?? Seems like im a bit late for this challenge but i still give it a try.. im not strong enough though to perform this challenge.. but i wanna join.. may i ask how is it works??

Hi Louey!  Sure you may take on this challenge, it's never too late to get even fitter! 

How to do the challenge?

1. Perform as many consecutive push-ups as you can keeping good form, note the number down (I'm using pushuplogger.com for this). Do it once. That's your INITIAL TEST.

2. Go to hundredpushups.com and find week one (see the links on the left)

3. Choose the workout plan according to the result of your INITIAL TEST.

4. Follow the plan for six weeks (3 workouts and one test a week ).

5. Log your performance (pushuplogger.com? ).

That's it!

Everything is clearly explained on hundredpushups.com, and there's no point to copy its content here really. :-)

1. Week 1 test, 4 October: 20 push-ups
2. Week 2 test, 11 October: 33 push-ups
3. Week 3 test, 21 October: 44 push-ups

Week 4 day 1 done (for the 4th time!) but to be repeated.

Plan: 21-25-21-21-32, 1 min rest between the sets.

Actual workout: 21-25-21-21-20-30 sec rest-12.
