Hello! I challenge you to do 100 jumping jacks then 200 the next day and so on. Till on the tenth day you do 1000 jumping jacks. You do not need to do them all at once - you can split up the jumping jacks throughout the day. I will also make just jumping jack workouts so you can record it on skimble. Day 1 done but I broke it up into two sets of fifty. I did 50 as soon as I woke up and 50 at noon.
Day two done are calves suppose to be burning lol
