I am practicing push ups 10 years.tips: eat a lot of fuits, vegetables,no meat only chicken,no junk food.i never go to gym only streetworkout.no bench only push ups, pull ups ;)

14 Oct
wow..bro..i also do only bodyweight workouts..:)..and thank you so much for your advice..:)..take care..:)

Many people use suplements for training(proteins...) for better results.for me that is unncessary.i smoke 20 cigarettes and drink 2 beers every day :-)
04 Apr
What?! Don't eat junk food, but drinking beer and smoking cigarettes is fine?!
04 Apr
Beer has alot of calories. I know a guy with out a shred of body fat ripped as a bad report card who drinks a 6 pack before every workout . True story.
04 Apr
I'd rather eat a box of chocolates than drink a six pack of beer. Can I please get ripped too?

20 a year ago I can't even do one, so I think it's a big progress for me.

20 Oct
The first one is the hardest :)
21 Oct
That's actually 20 push ups in one sitting. I can do more in between break, but I don't want to do more as I don't want my arms to look too masculine lol
21 Oct
Yes i understand, btw you looks so great :)
21 Oct

200 push ups in the same workout. I divide them in 4 sets. My favourite workout is the spartan supreme.

21 Oct

A little over 300 before I gassed out. Of course spread over 7 sets of 60 seconds.

I did 18 the other day, five 30 sec sets, 10 sec rests. A month ago I couldn't do even one. Now I need to focus on form, it's quite sloppy.

Im on 60
How can increase them in less time

03 Apr
Trying harder.
03 Apr
No, try easy man. You don't have to try hard, just stay consistent and the gains will come.
03 Apr
Errr nope.
04 Apr
Consistency pays off. I did that 100 Push Ups a Day workout every day for a month? And then, because I was in the habit, i continued doing them for a month or two more. During that time, push-ups became a piece of cake!!
04 Apr
Everything takes time. There is no short cut. Short cuts (i.e. steroids) give you pretty muscles. Pretty muscles aren't worth sh*t!

I did 80 as a max in one set it's been a while since I checked my last. I remember doing 400 in a 2 hour workout with a lot of sets as I read somewhere that you should do them till you can't do even one, I was kinda stuck at 12 for every set so 400 was when I finally got fed up. Was yours in one straight set?

About a year ago I was able to do more than 100, but then I stopped working out for some time and now I'm down to 90. But last week I was able to do a one armed pull-up from hanging.

And just to be clear we are talking about one set, right?
