Day 1 done! (My workout:Absolutely Amazing Abs). Half an hour of abs torture, it was hard. Plus 15 mins. Oblique Challenge III.

And which workout did you do today? How did it go?

Day 2 done. Did AAA and Oblique Challenge I. Around 45 min. total. Don't you just love this burn??

It's up to you, personally I find posting motivating, like "yeah, I did it!!", so I post. I think, seeing others working hard is also motivating. But posting is not a requirement of any sort :-)

I just realized Adam had said is good to report here. Yesterday was my day 1. I did an ab workout . I am motivated to keep doing at least one everyday this week.

Day off yesterday. Today day 3 of the challenge, when I get  back home.

I might not be able to log the progress sometimes, for well technical reasons. I'll be backlogging whenever possible though.

Day 2 . I just did AAA workout. I will try next time another ab workout, this one was hard for me to complete, but I did my best.

Yes, AAA really kicks... abs lol! Sure thing, choose whichever workout suits you and don't hesitate to change them as long as they're challenging!

Day 3. Yesterday was off. I just completed Muscly Muscles workout. Around 30 minutes.  I have tendonitis on shoullder and elbow also carpal tunel issues, my whole right arm is a mess :) So I substituted 2 exercises and modified 3 to be able to complete this workout. It was intense but I know is because my core is weak. I won't give up :)

Day 4. I did Standing Abs and Quick Standing Abs. I had to modify 2 exercise but overall It was so good I went then to do other workouts .

Ok, I'm back (for how long...  who knows?? ). Anyway, I did 4 of 5 days of the abs  workout, not great, i know. Hope you guys did better than me!

I was able to do 5 days. One of them was without skimble App.  Yeah, I think the challenge was good for me. Thanks Adam
