Okay I challenge everyone to do 100 crunches each day and add 100 everyday
So say you start today you do 100 tomorrow 200 and so on and so on for 2 weeks where you will do 1400 crunches
You don't have to do them all at once just finish them that day!
GOOD LUCK!!!! Trying to get that six pack!
