First day went well for me :) although I pounded both a run and the workout etc out within 40min.

Definitely recommend running in the morning as a metabolism booster!

Day two Done!! boy that was a hard one! never did the clam ones felt a spot O have never felt before!! GGEEZZ I hope. I will be able to move tomorrow, today I could barely sit!! LOL But I am gonna kkep at it!

Thats great! Take a rest day of you do get a bit too fatigued but I'm glad you like it so far :)

Day 2 done. It was challenging, I took two pauses and modify plank, but I finished :)

Wednesday workout could not do it, so i went and did an equivalent (Ban the Jiggle!). Still sticking to the plan, getting strong a little bit at a time

Day 3, done. I have to do an exchange workout for Wednesday upper body workout   since I have carpal tunnel and tendinitis at shoulder and elbow joints.
