First day went well for me :) although I pounded both a run and the workout etc out within 40min.
Definitely recommend running in the morning as a metabolism booster!

Day 1 on Sunday, rest day Monday. Motivated for Day 2 today, Woohoo!.
Day two Done!! boy that was a hard one! never did the clam ones felt a spot O have never felt before!! GGEEZZ I hope. I will be able to move tomorrow, today I could barely sit!! LOL But I am gonna kkep at it!
