Well, try something fun like cycling or take up a sport you like I love to cycle and as long as I eat right I stay healthy. What I do when I go to work is bring a couple of fruits and not bring any money so I can't buy anything else! Just keep on track with it and you'll be fine Good luck!
You could start off with jogging every day or every other day. Do stomach crunches, arm planks and jumping jacks. Be sure to eat healthy, if you start to get cravings try eating fruits and berries, drink lots of herbal tea and water.
