I have a question, for those unable to go for a run. Can I translate that run to biking, stationary bike? I know the benefits are completly different but Cardio wise there might be a good equivalent. Is it ok? http://calorielab.com/burned/
Day 2 done! Ugh rough day! Yesterday was my first day back post baby-- boy I missed her bunches!! But I thought to myself after I got her down for her nap this morning that I want her to be active as she grows so I have to be!! :) just a slow jog today!
Day 1 on Sunday, rest day yesterday. Day 2 will be today, Woohoo! :)

Day 3 done! With my Maggie moo right in the workout room with me! She sure loved dancing to the music. But did a 25 minute jog. Week 7 of my c25k program. Have my first 5k on Saturday! :)
