Hey I just got the app! I am an athlete and go to the gym and I wanna get pumped up and motivated! Anybody in for a 25 day squat challenge?!
Each day we would increase squats by 5. So day one would be 30 squats to day 25 being 150 squats. Starting tomorrow December 12th - January 5th

How was day 1?
Today I didn't even get half thru the Brazilian booty programme. Appearantly the small and late breakfast wasn't enough for one.hr of Nordic walking/jogging. My blood sugar level went low durimg doing my workout and I couldn't continue having no strengh left so I did the 35 squats,showered and had lunch.
How do you usually warm up, Morgan?
Im in, im already in a squat challenge but HEY it never hurts to do more squats.... I take that back, it hurts but no pain no gain. :)
