25 day squat challenge

Hey I just got the app! I am an athlete and go to the gym and I wanna get pumped up and motivated! Anybody in for a 25 day squat challenge?!
Each day we would increase squats by 5. So day one would be 30 squats to day 25 being 150 squats. Starting tomorrow December 12th - January 5th

I'm in. This sounds like a piece of cake though. So tomoz im gonna do 30 and see it through for 25 days . Thanks for the awesome idea

Great and yes it may be a little easier for some but its just a way to get some time in and a good tho g to add to your routine

Ok. Iam in. Since I missed the 1st day, I'll do 35 squats today after my walk. Q.: Do.you guys warm up and stretch b4 start doibg the squat session?

Awesome! Great that you joined! And yes before u get into it make sure you stretch and warm up. Especially the butt area

Today I didn't even get half thru the Brazilian booty programme. Appearantly the small and late breakfast wasn't enough for one.hr of Nordic walking/jogging. My blood sugar level went low durimg doing my workout and I couldn't continue having no strengh left so I did the 35 squats,showered and had lunch.
How do you usually warm up, Morgan?

Hey I hope you are feeling alright . And a warm up for me is 5mins on the treadmill. But if you aren't able to use one try jogging for 5 mins or do high knees and butt kicks. Next always stretch! Stretch everything out before you start so you don't pull anything. And then begin your routine. I hope I helped a little (:

Im in, im already in a squat challenge but HEY it never hurts to do more squats.... I take that back, it hurts but no pain no gain. :)

I am in stating Saturday dec 14th. I did 30 at work tonight. 
35 after work on Sunday.
Day 3 gone 40.
