Start 2015 off right with this (small, but beneficial) 21 day challenge!
For 21 days...
NO white bread
NO fast food
NO ice cream

Same here the only things I don't eat or drink on your list is sodas, fast food, and ice cream, but let's go on this journey together. My weakness is peanut butter and peanuts I eat way too many.
I'm in! I think this will definitely help me shift the pounds, I need to stay away from the biscuits

Try no meat also.. Now that's the real challenge! I'm doing it for 3 months, I'm 3weeks in.
