Start 2015 off right with this (small, but beneficial) 21 day challenge!
For 21 days...
NO candy
NO cake
NO cookies
NO chips
NO white bread
NO fast food
NO chocolate
NO ice cream
NO sodas/alcohol
I'm going to start on New Year's (Jan. 1) but you can join anytime. Feel free to comment any tips or add to the "NO" list!

Same here the only things I don't eat or drink on your list is sodas, fast food, and ice cream, but let's go on this journey together. My weakness is peanut butter and peanuts I eat way too many.

Peanuts are alright. It has protein and also they are an alternative.

Peanut butter is good if you choose the natural one, my favorite is Skippy natural peanut butter :-)

I love peanut butter. But it contains more than 10gr of fat. Is it okay? And which peanut butter is better, chunky or not?

The fat in peanut butter is good fats. What you need to worry about is sugar content. Because of the way sugar is processed it stores fat instead of using in up. Fat is the bodies natural energy source so you want to burn it and not store it for the max amount of energy

Hahaha.. That's an easy task.. Plus, after a month of not eating those, it'll taste weird. Well, based on my experiences tho.

Try no meat also.. Now that's the real challenge!  I'm doing it for 3 months,  I'm 3weeks in.
