Hi!! I participated in the December Run Challenge. I fell off around the 15th or so. I want to challenge everyone to run at least 15 minutes a day every day..
It takes 21 days to create a habit, and there are 31 days in January!! Let's start the new year off with a BANG!! :)

How this works is every day you post here in this thread that you did the jog (only after you've done it). That's how we will keep each other on track!

I have not posted the last few days due to work. I've been working 14-16 hour days with a baby home. I have ran every day.. I am keeping myself accountable. :) hope everyone had a great weekend!
