I keep seeing women doing the squat challenge, or they just do 200+ squats a day. Am I the only one who gets bored for just doing that one exercise alone? Anyways I created my own and I felt like sharing it. Tell me what you think and give it a try if you want.
50 regular squats
10 reps - 2 sets of side-lying hip abduction
10 reps - 2 sets of side plank abduction
10 reps - 2 sets of inverted flyers
10 reps - 2 sets of donkey kicks
10 reps - 2 sets of squat jumps
