My goal is to get up early at 5 and work out on my gazelle, bike and other lil workouts before work! Or sub that for dancing. Logging my progress starting tomorrow. Got some with gazelle tonight! Woot
Morning workouts are the best I wake up around 6 30 am myself :D that's when I used to sleep lol but the change in routine is working great. Good luck with your goals :)
