February 22nd to March 24th. Can you lose 15 lbs in 30 days? Whose up for the challenge?

My weight is 184lbs with body fat 35.8 and bmi of 31%. Not good but I am on a mission these next 30 days to shed.

Hello I'm new to this however I'm in. I'm currently 215 and my goal is to be 160. Let's hope in 30 days I can loose at lease 10 or more..... I'm excited
